Preliminary Budgets/Feasibility Studies
jaska building systems, inc. can provide Preliminary Budgets and Feasibility Studies based on historical data and similar projects completed. We apply these "REALISTIC" budgets for your specific project and site. We can provide a detailed Schedule of Values and/or proformas often required by Banks and Lending Institutions. These budgets are updated during constructability reviews throughout the design process. See additional services provided under Value Engineering.

Value Engineering
jaska building systems, inc. believes that Value Engineering (V/E) is an ongoing process. This process should not only be performed at each milestone stage of plan development, but as a continuous service that relies greatly on open communication with the Architectural and Engineering Team.

Review of the documents should begin as soon as possible. Potential cost savings and the advantages and disadvantages will be listed for consideration. It is critical that these ideas be communicated early on so they can be incorporated into the plans, before being issued for Building Permits.
